Upcoming HypnoBirthing Classes
Group classes are currently being offered in live, interactive Zoom sessions. Private classes are offered online or in person. Each series is comprised of 5 weekly sessions, and each session is approximately 2.5 hours in length (although we give a 3 hour window with Zoom). We allow for plenty of time to move about and take breaks!
Partners and/or spouses are encouraged to attend with the birthing person. Doulas and other birth companions are welcome to attend as well at no additional charge. The more the merrier!
Classes are capped at 7 couples to ensure an individualized experience. Materials are included in the cost of tuition.
Registration is required to ensure a place in the class. Please see below for upcoming dates and times.

Time Zone
Please note that I live in Colorado! You are welcome to join my sessions from anywhere in the world...but all times listed are in Mountain Time.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to hold your spot in a class series. Course materials will be mailed to you once that deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before the Zoom link to the course sessions will be shared.
Course Refund Policy
Once the series begins, I am unable to offer a refund, even if your baby comes before we finish the series. My only exception is if you experience an extreme medical situation.
Missed Classes
If you must miss a class during the 5 week series, you have two options:
1. You may schedule a private make-up session with me (as long as my schedule permits) for an additional $125.
2. You may attend the missed class during my next series (as long as you are still pregnant) at no cost to you.
